This Privacy Policy details our procedures regarding the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal data when you interact with our website, subscribe to our landscape maintenance plans, or utilize our Google Authentication and online payment systems.

Our business is headquartered at Al Quoz Industrial 3, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and operates in strict compliance with federal laws of the UAE including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information required to deliver bespoke estate maintenance services:

• Identity Data: Full name, title, profile image, and preferred contact language.
• Contact Data: Email address, mobile telephone number, villa/estate address, community name, and city.
• Google Authentication Data: When you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your verified Google ID, name, email address, and profile photo URL. We never request or store your Google password.
• Payment Data: All online payment processing is conducted securely via our acquiring partner (ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank) over HTTPS. We do not store full credit/debit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
• Service & Property Data: Villa layout notes, gate access details, preferred visit schedules, and lawn/garden specifications.
• Technical & Analytics Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and essential cookies used to maintain secure user sessions.

3. Google Authentication & OAuth Security

Our customer portal integrates official Google OAuth 2.0. By selecting "Continue with Google", you authorize Google to share your basic profile information with Heavenly Gardens. This data is strictly utilized to authenticate your account, pre-populate your service invoices, and grant access to your private customer dashboard. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account Security Settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for legitimate business purposes:

• To provision and manage your garden maintenance subscriptions (Starter, Garden, Estate tiers).
• To schedule and dispatch our estate landscape care teams to your property.
• To process subscription payments, issue VAT-compliant tax invoices, and prevent fraud.
• To communicate visit reminders, emergency weather rescheduling, or account updates.
• To comply with regulatory audit requirements established by UAE financial authorities.

5. Payment Security & Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data to third parties. We share data only with essential trusted service providers under confidentiality agreements:

• ADIB Payment Gateway: Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank for secure credit/debit card authorization and transaction verification.
• Google Cloud & OAuth Services: For secure authentication and access control.
• Government & Legal Bodies: Only when required by mandatory UAE judicial order or law enforcement.

6. Data Retention & User Rights

We retain your account and transaction data for as long as your subscription remains active, plus any statutory retention period required by UAE commercial laws (e.g. 5 years for financial invoices).

7. Governing Law & Contact Information

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
