Service Delivery Model

On-Site Direct Delivery · No Physical Freight Shipping

1. Service Fulfillment Method

Heavenly Gardens does not dispatch physical packages or parcel freight via postal services. All purchased subscription plans and service contracts are fulfilled through on-site landscape maintenance conducted by our uniformed estate teams directly at your designated property address in the UAE.

2. Coverage Areas

We currently provide scheduled on-site maintenance services across premier communities in Dubai, including:

Nad Al Sheba
Jumeirah (1, 2, 3, Islands, Golf Estates)
Zabeel & Al Barari
Emirates Hills, Palm Jumeirah & Arabian Ranches

For estates outside these primary zones, custom service dispatch can be arranged by contacting our logistics coordinator.

3. Delivery Confirmation & Inspection

Upon completion of each maintenance visit, our lead horticulturist conducts a quality inspection. Digital visit logs and invoice receipts are dispatched instantly to your registered account dashboard and email.
